So what better answer to deal with summer .I have to say I am a big fan of Quick fixes since I personally do not like spending more than 30 minutes in my kitchen anyday. This recipe is yet again a very simple one and can be adapted in so many ways.
A bowl of Watermelon peices – Leave the seeds.
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 to 3 mint leaves.
1/4 inch Fresh Ginger
Mix them all in a blender with some cool water. Use a sieve to remove the Powdered seeds at this point.
And you are ready to go. Couple it with some Small Watermelon pieces and there’s a perfect answer to a refreshing drink.
