Chicken Meatballs with Coriander Chutney


Chicken Meatballs with Coriander Chutney , ideal for a weekend get-together or a rainy day with the family.

Serves : 4

Ingredients: ( Meatballs )

  1. 500 gms minced chicken
  2. 1 Teaspoon ginger paste
  3. 1 Teaspoon garlic paste
  4. 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  5. 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. EVOO / Ghee for shallow fry


  1. Mix the minced meat , ginger , garlic , garam masala , chili powder and salt and make small rounds of the meat and set them aside
  2. Heat the pan and add some EVOO/ Ghee and shallow fry the Meatballs on a medium flame. Do not flip them immediately or constantly. Let them cook for about 5 minutes before you turn them around. Repeat until they are cooked evenly on all sides.


Ingredients: ( Coriander Chutney)

  1. 1 bunch of coriander leaves.
  2. 2 green chilies
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 2 tablespoons of water



  1. Wash the coriander leaves well. You could use the stems as well. Make sure you trim the roots.
  2. Add the coriander , green chilies and salt in a blender/ food processor and grind them into a smooth paste to make a chutney.
