A foodie among other zillion things I do on a normal day. A genuine believer of ” A way to anyone’s heart is through their stomach ” and hence the blog ” A tea Spoon of Love “.  I am blessed with a beautiful family, a foodie husband and a perky daughter who keeps me busy through the day . For a living I manage a very off-beat ” creative ” manufacturing set up during the day. My schedule hardly leaves me any room for cooking and indulgence , but I’ve come to take comfort in the fact that food is a great stress buster and there are no limits to how creative you can get with food. I live by the simple rule of lesser the ingredients , better the food. Across my blog , you’ll find some recipes that are simple to churn out and yet elegant in its own way. Along with recipes , you can see some interesting facts and tips that may be of some use.  I would love to share this journey of my discoveries and adventures with food with you. Take a peak and enjoy!

Yes! I am going to update the About me page. We all have a transition and change is the only constant. Having said that , the prime focus currently is to Eat Clean , Healthy food which are Paleo Friendly.
I had a go at the Paleo lithic diet once and failed miserably due to bad menu planning and lack of options to suit the Indian diet. Learning from mistakes and several health issues , I decided to take control of things and live a healthy lifestyle. Primal lifestyle is much more than just eating clean and Paleo friendly food. I am currently focusing mostly on the Paleo friendly diet that suit a modern Paleo lithic diet. As always suggestions are always welcome.

The About Me page seems to stand witness to the roller coaster journey of my life. Bid goodbye to the entrepreneur in me and moved into the big corporate world. Having taken my own time to settle into a space which left me no time for anything but a few words with my lovely daughter and husband , I have certainly grown impatient to get back to all the things I love. Now I hope I can do justice to all my passions and continue this beautiful journey of experiencing life experiences thorugh food. Thanks for having the patience through this journey!
